Items showing signs of tampering or those that have been altered, resized by a jeweler other than DIAMANTAIRE CHERBAKA or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Articles with a modification of the protective film, a peel or shrinkage of the protective plastic cannot be returned. Items engraved, on sale or on special orders are firm sales and cannot be returned.

You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, exchanges and repairs.
Use only shipping carriers which provide a tracking receipt and insurance against the package.
The merchandise returned must be received in sellable condition. Enclose the merchandise and the printed return authorization form, the packing slip, original packaging, and any original warranty.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality assurance department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return or exchange, your refund or replacement item will be processed within a few business days.
